The two storage questions differ
No fixed image-retention life is established for the selected offers in this reference. Storage of an unused roll and retention of a printed receipt are different questions. A paper described as high quality or 58 gsm does not itself publish a verified archival duration.
Do not invent an archival lifespan
The Epson guide includes media-handling cautions for the named printer and paper context, but those do not create a universal guarantee that every supplier’s coating will retain an image for a specific number of years. We have not aged prints, exposed them to light or tested contact with other materials.
Keep evidence requirements separate
If receipts serve accounting, warranty or another record-keeping purpose, check the applicable record requirements separately. This buying site does not provide a legal retention period or treat a thermal image as permanently stable. A readable-looking generic image is not a storage test.
Ask for the exact paper-grade statement
Ask the exact supplier for the current paper-grade storage and image-retention conditions if that field matters. Keep the conditions with any claim rather than publishing a bare duration. Unknown retention data should remain a limitation in the purchase comparison, even when width, length and price are fully stated.
Apply the field to a purchase
Epson’s device storage table expressly excludes paper from its stated storage environment. Do not turn the printer’s temperature range into a storage instruction or image-retention guarantee for these selected rolls.
