Keep the policy with the seller
My Globel’s selected product page states returns within 30 days of delivery,with items unused and in original packaging,and asks customers to contact it to arrange the return. Those are the observed source conditions,not a promise that every opened or used roll qualifies.
Opening and using are different events
A print trial would use some paper,so check the actual policy and supplier response before assuming you can test a carton and return the remainder. This reference has not placed an order,opened packaging or received a refund. It does not determine statutory or business-buyer rights.
Do not transfer a policy between cartons
The reviewed selected POS Central and Till Roll Warehouse bodies do not establish an identical return window. A shared product category or 20-roll count does not let us copy My Globel’s policy to another supplier. Their current full terms still need checking for an actual order.
Resolve a mismatch before relying on a refund
Before buying,retain the selected code,complete dimensions,required machine fields and current policy. If the supplier’s description conflicts with your requirement,ask about the exact issue first. A recorded answer is more useful than assuming a generous return will resolve an unverified compatibility choice.
Apply the field to a purchase
Before running a compatibility trial,ask what the supplier permits for the exact carton and keep its current answer. An unused-item condition does not itself promise acceptance of a partly consumed roll.
